Health and Nutrition Coaching is a personalised approach that supports you to create meaningful, sustainable changes that fit your life.
Together, we explore the foundations of wellbeing, including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, routines and lifestyle habits, while focusing on what is realistic and achievable for you.
Rather than using an all-or-nothing approach, coaching helps you understand your current patterns, build awareness and create supportive habits that move you towards the person you want to become.
Empowered Eating
Our relationship with food is shaped by many things, including our experiences, beliefs, emotions, environment and habits.
Empowered Eating takes a compassionate approach to nutrition by exploring not only what we eat, but also why we eat the way we do.
Together, we explore your relationship with food, helping you move away from guilt, restriction and judgement towards nourishment, flexibility and confidence.
This approach can be especially helpful for people who have experienced difficult relationships with food, where eating has become connected with stress, rules or feelings of failure.
The focus is not perfection. It is learning to listen, understand and support your body with kindness.
Movement as a form of care
Health is not only about structured exercise. Movement can be found throughout everyday life.
Together, we explore ways to reconnect with movement as something that supports wellbeing, energy and confidence rather than another task to complete or a measure of success.
This may include recognising the movement already happening in your day, such as walking, gardening, caring for your home or participating in activities that bring you joy.
The goal is to create a relationship with movement that feels supportive, achievable and sustainable.

Most adults begin with a minimum 3-month pathway to allow enough time to establish regulation strategies, create meaningful changes and integrate new supports.
Your pathway may include:
