Trauma-Informed Nervous System and Well-Being Support
Rest, Restore and Rebalance your Nervous System.
Helping children, adults, and teachers feel calmer, more confident, and ready to conquer each day.
About Me
Kia ora,
I’m Toni Pakula, based in the beautiful Waikato, New Zealand, where I live with my husband and three children.
For more than 10 years, I have supported children, adults, and families to strengthen their wellbeing, build resilience, and create lasting change. While I have extensive experience supporting people navigating selective mutism and anxiety, my work extends to anyone wanting to better understand and regulate their nervous system, reduce feelings of stress and overwhelm, improve their health, and move towards a calmer, more fulfilling life.
As a registered Health and Nutrition Coach, I combine lived experience with formal qualifications, including a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Teaching, and ongoing postgraduate study. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and grounded in the understanding that lasting wellbeing begins with a regulated nervous system.
I offer personalised coaching that supports clients to restore balance, improve resilience, and achieve meaningful goals through evidence-informed strategies, including health and nutrition coaching, nervous system regulation, and the Safe and Sound Protocol. Together, we work to build practical, sustainable habits that support emotional wellbeing, confidence, and everyday functioning.
Alongside individual coaching, I work with families to support children in educational settings through Individual Education Plans (IEPs). I also provide workshops and professional learning for schools, equipping educators with practical strategies to support nervous system regulation, resilience, and wellbeing in the classroom.
Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your school community, my goal is to provide compassionate, practical guidance that helps people feel more connected, capable, and able to thrive.
