Kia ora, I'm Toni Pakula.

I’m a Registered Health and Nutrition Coach based in the Waikato, New Zealand.

My work combines evidence-informed health and nutrition coaching with practical nervous system strategies to support people experiencing stress, overwhelm and challenges with wellbeing to build greater resilience and confidence.

Through my work, I have come to understand that lasting wellbeing starts with understanding the whole person. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, I work alongside clients to strengthen the foundations of health through nutrition, lifestyle, nervous system regulation and, where appropriate, listening-based approaches.

Alongside my coaching qualifications, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Teaching and continue to undertake professional development in clinical nutrition and nervous system regulation.

Whether I’m supporting an adult, a child or a family, my goal is always the same:

To help people better understand their nervous system, strengthen their wellbeing and create sustainable change that lasts.
